Each communion registration card features a scripture verse from 1 Corinthians 11:28. "Let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup."

The back of each card includes space to list the communicant's name, address, and phone number, as well as to request a call from the pastor.

Each package contains 500 cards.
